Requirements
To start I'll need: • Your FAQs and policies (returns / refunds / shipping) and any help docs the agent should answer from • Which channels you want: website chat, WhatsApp, or both • Access (or a test account) to your store / help-desk / CRM — e.g. Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk — for order lookups • 10–20 example past customer questions, if you have them, so I can tune accuracy • Your escalation rule: who or where a conversation should hand off to a human
