I will turn one defined business process into a tested, maintainable automation across the tools your team already uses. This one-time package includes: • One end-to-end workflow • Up to four supported apps or platforms • Up to 20 functional triggers, actions, conditions, or transformation steps • Process map and approved workflow boundary • Native integrations, webhooks, or one documented API connection • Data mapping, transformation, and validation • Conditional business logic and human approval where required • One defined error, retry, alert, or human-review path • Up to two bounded AI actions such as classification, extraction, or summarization • Up to eight agreed test scenarios • Deployment to one supported client automation account • Workflow/source export, admin guide, and two in-scope revision rounds • Typical use cases include lead intake and CRM routing, email follow-up, form processing, document handling, internal notifications, database or spreadsheet syncing, task creation, and recurring reporting. I primarily build with n8n and can use Make or Zapier when either is a better fit. REST APIs, webhooks, Python, JavaScript, OpenAI, Claude, PostgreSQL, or Supabase are used only when the approved process needs them. This service covers one stable process. Additional workflows, more than four apps or 20 steps, custom OAuth applications, browser automation, restricted scraping, historical migration, complex self-hosting, regulated data, mission-critical volume, or ongoing monitoring require a custom order. Automation-platform subscriptions, app plans, hosting, databases, messaging, and model or API usage are paid by the client. I do not guarantee savings, revenue, uptime, or results controlled by third-party services.

Requirements

Please provide: • A step-by-step description of the current process • The exact trigger and required final outcome • Every app, account, database, API, or spreadsheet involved • Redacted sample input and the expected output • Required field mappings, filters, calculations, routing rules, and approval points • Workflow frequency, monthly volume, peak load, and time-sensitive deadlines • Known duplicate, missing-data, timeout, API-error, retry, and escalation rules • Any AI task, with sample inputs, desired structured outputs, and human-review rules • Existing automation or screenshots, if this replaces or repairs a workflow • Hosting or automation-platform preference • Data privacy, retention, security, and compliance constraints • At least five acceptance scenarios covering normal and failure paths Confirmation that you are authorized to use every supplied account, API, and dataset Do not paste passwords or secret keys here.
