Single-Workflow Automation Build — Delivered Working in 21 Days

About this Gig
One workflow, automated properly, running in production in 21 days. This is the build — not a prototype, not a demo, not a Zapier chain that breaks the first time your data looks unusual. You get a working pipeline, integrated with your real systems, with verification built in so you can trust it unattended. WHAT GETS BUILT • The automation itself — Python pipeline handling your actual process end to end, with LLM agents where judgment is needed and deterministic code where it isn't • Integration with your live systems — email, file storage, databases, or APIs (Microsoft Graph, REST, OAuth 2.0) • Verification gates — automated checks that re-read the output and assert it's correct before anything ships. This is the part most builds skip and the reason most automation fails quietly. • Error handling and logging, so when something goes wrong you find out immediately rather than three weeks later • Handover documentation and a walkthrough, so it's yours to run HOW THE 21 DAYS RUN Week 1 — Discovery and design. Walkthrough call, access setup, process mapping. I confirm scope in writing before building. Week 2 — Build. Core pipeline, integrations, and the verification layer. You see progress mid-week. Week 3 — Testing against your real data, refinement, handover call, documentation. WHO THIS IS FOR Teams with one clearly-defined, repetitive process eating hours every week — document generation, data extraction and routing, report assembly, intake processing, compliance paperwork. If output errors cost you money or credibility, this is built for exactly that. WHY VERIFICATION MATTERS Most automation doesn't fail loudly. It reports success and ships the wrong thing — the stale record, the previous client's data, the unfilled placeholder. Every pipeline I build checks its own output before delivery and stops rather than shipping something wrong. That's what makes it safe to leave running. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED One workflow, not a platform migration. If you have several processes, add them as extras or message me and I'll quote the set. If you're unsure whether your process is a good candidate, start with my feasibility assessment instead — it's cheaper and you'll know before you commit. BACKGROUND I rebuilt an entire regulatory consulting practice on this stack: document pipelines generating complete multi-document compliance packages in minutes instead of days, across nearly 20 accreditations. 15 years in client success before that, so I scope against business outcomes rather than technical novelty.
Requirements
1. A walkthrough of the process — screen recording or a live call. Show me how it actually runs, including the parts people work around. 2. Five to ten real examples of the input and the output, including at least one messy or unusual case. 3. System access or a sandbox for anything the automation touches — email, file storage, CRM, database, or API credentials. 4. Who reviews the output today and what they check for. This determines which steps stay human. 5. Your definition of "wrong" — the errors that would actually cost you something. 6. One named point of contact who can answer questions and approve scope during the build.
