Any packages or third-party APIs beyond the FlutterFlow defaults? 3. WHY THE MIGRATION. Performance, feature limits, team workflow, lock-in concerns, all of the above? This shapes which parts I prioritize. 4. BACKEND. Are you on Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)? Anything else integrated (Stripe, Resend, custom REST APIs)? 5. ACCESS. Can you give me FlutterFlow editor access (collaborator invite) and a read-only repo or zip export to scope properly? 6. TIMELINE.
