The problem today — how this is handled now (manually, with another tool, not at all) and what's painful about it. 3. Systems & data involved — what apps, APIs, or data sources it needs to connect to or draw from, and roughly what shape that data is in. 4. Users — who will use this and how (internal team, your customers, just you). 5. Constraints — timeline, rough budget range, and any hard requirements (data privacy/compliance, must run on-premise, preferred or banned providers). 6.
