To start, please share: 1. Your content, the documents, FAQs, help articles, SOPs, or website pages the agent should learn from. PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, Notion exports, or just links are all fine. 2. What the agent should do a few real examples of questions it should answer, or actions it should take. Even rough examples help ("tell customers our return policy," "look up a tenant's payment status"). 3. Where it should live, website widget, internal tool, Slack, WhatsApp, or API access for your own app. 4. Systems to connect (Premium only), which database, CRM, calendar, or email you want the agent to read from or write to, and whether you can provide API access or test credentials. 5. Tone and boundaries, how it should sound, and anything it should never say or do (e.g., "never quote prices," "always escalate refund requests to a human"). Don't have all of this ready?
