I'm an AI engineer currently working at FlyRank AI, where I build automated solutions for real business problems — mostly chatbots, workflow automation, and conversational systems. Alongside that, I take on freelance projects for B2B clients who need custom AI work done.
Most of my work sits in a few areas: building RAG-based chatbots that can actually pull from a business's own documents and take action (like my Crescent Auto Works project, which handles bookings through Google Calendar), setting up automation bots that cut out repetitive manual work, and building voice agents when a client needs something more conversational than a chat widget.
